Marketing Capstone

For the 2019 Marketing Capstone project at QUT we were given an industry partner to develop a market analysis, marketing plan, digital story and final pitch for them.

The industry partner for 2019 was Kerb, a Brisbane based tech startup focused on the shared economy by allowing users to rent out their available and unused car parks for some extra income.

We were briefed by Kerb as to what their goals were for a marketing campaign to increase the number of active users they had. Finally, we were tasked with specifically developing a Guerilla marketing campaign across a 3 year period with a $20,000 dollar budget for each year. For this we chose to target the event and casual parking market to introduce more renters and casual users of the application.
